How long does it take to get started?
As soon as you submit your deposit we will begin training a caller or callers to fit your business. This generally takes 1-2 weeks.
How do you send reports?
We email over daily and weekly reports.
How do you submit the leads?
We can submit the leads to either your Podio or a Google Sheets
Can your agents handle texting?
Yes! Our agents are trained to handle texting, inbound and outbound calling.
Do I need to skip trace the list?
Yes, you will need to provide skip traced lists. We can recommend several good companies!
How do I know the caller is working?
We have full time quality assurance and sales managers. All calls are recorded and listened to daily. Our agents also get receive daily training to ensure they are providing the best quality.
How many leads can I expect?
The amount of leads can vary highly between list, and agent. Even the best callers can not work poor lists, bad data, and have bad days. On average we see about 1-2 leads a day from each agent.
What languages do your agents speak?
Our agents speak primarily English, and Spanish. If our clients have a need for other languages we can accommodate them accordingly.
